Creating a replica of non-standard special-shaped brick involves a meticulous process of mould-making, handmade brick production and firing.
Initially we meticulously craft a custom mould to replicate the shape precisely. This mould is typically crafted from durable materials such as metal, wood or fibreglass ensuring longevity and accuracy in reproduction. Once the mould is finished the required quantity is produced by our skilled craftsman, then it is off to the kiln for the firing process.
We pride ourselves in being able to replicate even the most complex brick designs, we can do this from drawings or even produce a copy of a sample brick supplied to us
